The formula contains melatonin suitable for use immediately before bedtime, enclosed in capsules made of a cellulose derivative. The recommended daily dose of the preparation contains 1 mg of melatonin.
How does melatonin work?
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the human body in the pineal gland of the brain. Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.
