Beneath a rich layer of milk chocolate and intoxicatingly fragrant gingerbread spices, lies a lightly salted, golden-baked pretzel. Just open the cap of the tube and you can smell it yourself... this is what Christmas smells like with cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, ginger, fennel, cloves, allspice, anise, star anise, black pepper and cardamom.
Composition
milk chocolate 65% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: lecithin; natural vanilla flavor), salty pretzels 33% (wheat flour, rapeseed oil, table salt 2.3%, sea salt 1, , acidity regulator: sodium hydroxide, yeast, barley malt extract, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate), gingerbread spice 2% (cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, ginger, fennel, cloves, allspice, anise, bady. In milk chocolate, the cocoa solids content is at least 30%. May contain traces of peeled fruit, eggs, hazelnuts, soy and sesame".
