The combination of the vital Reishi mushroom and the Chinese medicinal jujube promotes sleep and harmonizes the psyche. Reishi has the function of An shen in traditional Chinese medicine, which we translate as "calming the spirit". I used finely ground reishi powder, which is essential for this function.

The second part of the blend is Suan Zao Ren, an herb that Chinese physicians have used for millennia in recipes for harmonious sleep. Gan Cao or licorice harmonizes the whole mixture and supports its absorption. The difference between the MycoSleep and MycoStress mixture is that, according to traditional Chinese medicine, MycoSleep acts on the XIN (fire element - heart, seat of the Shen soul) and MycoStress on the GAN (wood element - liver, seat of the Hun soul).

Dosage:
