Description
The food supplement MyVita Silver Sen Pro Complex is a preparation whose active ingredients are enclosed in a vegetable capsule made of vegetable cellulose. The formula of the preparation contains melatonin, hop extract standardized to 0.5% flavonoids, passion flower extract standardized to 5% flavonoids and valerian extract standardized to 0.8% valeric acid.
Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep, and the beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before bedtime. In addition, melatonin helps to reduce the subjective feeling of jet lag, and the effect appears when 0.5 mg is consumed shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the following days after arriving at the destination.
