Ingredients: primrose seed oil (Oenothera L.), softgel capsule shell: gelatin; humectant: glycerol, antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols (natural vitamin E).
Amounts of ingredients:
2 capsules contain: evening primrose oil 1000 mg, including linoleic acid 760 mg, linolenic acid 90 mg, oleic acid 60 mg; vitamin E 2.5 mg (21%)*.

Recommended dose:
2 capsules per day.
