Description
Organic extra virgin olive oil Early Harvest, 750 ml, Liophos [5200121780033]
This oil is obtained exclusively through mechanical processes and directly from olives, from the Koroneiki olive variety. The olives used for this type of oil are harvested in October and November, at the beginning of the harvest season when the olives are not yet ripe, being green. Very important, the oil is manufactured on the same day that the olives are harvested. The processing temperature is between 17 and 20 degrees.
The acidity is very low, up to 0.3%. The taste is rich and pronounced.
