Natural coconut oil extract BIO MCT C8 & C10, 250 ml, Republica Bio

Way of ussage:
BIO Republica BIO MCT can be used like ordinary oils, in smoothies, salads, purees and spreads.
And for extra energy, you can put a teaspoon in your morning coffee/tea or use it as such.
It has a lower burning point than other oils and is not recommended for frying.
An upper limit for the recommended daily dose of MCT has not yet been established, but specialists suggest the use of max. 4-7 tablespoons per day.
