Ingredients: Filling agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus), lavender flower extract (Lavandula angustifolia). Filler: calcium phosphates. Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc. Glazing agents: polyethylene alcohol, polyvinyl glycol. Dyes: titanium dioxide, carmine indigo lake, yellow iron oxide.

Amounts of ingredients:

Content in 1 tablet:

- extract of hop cones 220 mg

- lemon balm leaf extract 150 mg

- lavender flower extract 40 mg

Recommended dose:

One tablet a day.

Do not exceed the recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day.

Instructions for use:

Half an hour before bedtime.
