Now Foods Natural E-200 softgels is a food supplement in the form of gel capsules designed to supplement the daily diet of adults with vitamin E. The preparation contains vitamin E of natural origin, in the form of D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate.

The recommended daily dose of Now Foods Natural E-200 dietary supplement is only 1 capsule, which will provide your daily diet with 200 IU (134 mg) of vitamin E, which covers the reference value of intake for this vitamin by up to 1116 .

Vitamin E - properties

Vitamin E is one of the 4 fat-soluble vitamins. The source of vitamin E in your daily diet can be cold-pressed oils including olive oil or sunflower oil, nuts and seeds such as almonds, pumpkin seeds, whole grains and vegetables including cabbage, lettuce and spinach.
