Description
Nurofen ® Forte 400 mg 24 tablets is a drug with analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. The drug is indicated for emergency use in the treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever.
When to use Nurofen ® Forte analgesic tablets?
Nurofen® Forte relieves pain of various origins , fever, inflammation and swelling by acting at the site of their occurrence. Ibuprofen tablets are particularly useful for:
- headaches, including migraine
- pain in the sacral area,
- toothache, for example after tooth extraction,
- neuralgia,
- muscle and joint pain,
- painful menstruation.
It is also a good remedy for fever caused by flu and cold.
The active substance of Nurofen® Forte for pain and fever is ibuprofen, which belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Each film-coated tablet contains 400 mg of ibuprofen with analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory properties. The analgesic and antipyretic effects of ibuprofen have been shown to begin within 30 minutes of oral administration .
The package contains 24 film-coated tablets with a high-dose analgesic active substance suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age.
