Ingredients : fennel 40%, anise* 30%, cumin* 20%, chamomile* 10%. * From organic farming. No added sugar. Recommendations: this herbal tea can be consumed from a young age. The carefully chosen plants have a calming and relaxing effect, and the tea has a pleasant taste. It is also recommended for older children. Method of preparation: Pour about 200 ml of freshly boiled water over a tea bag, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Remove the sachet and allow to cool to 37 degrees Celsius before consumption. No sweetening required.
