OneTouch Select Plus Test Strips 50 pcs

The OneTouch Select Plus system determines the amount of glucose (quantitative determination) in a fresh capillary blood sample. Measuring glucose is easy and helps manage diabetes. OneTouch Select Plus test strips are compatible with the OneTouch Select Plus and OneTouch Select Plus Flex glucometer. The system is suitable for use in home settings and for medical staff in clinical settings to help monitor the effectiveness of diabetes control.

Principle of the test:

• Blood glucose is mixed with special chemicals on the test strip and produces an electric current
• The strength of this current varies depending on the amount of glucose in the blood sample
• The glucometer measures the electric current, calculates the glucose level, displays the result and stores it in memory

Use:

• Always wash and dry your hands thoroughly before use
• Remove a test strip from the tube and close the tube carefully again
• You can touch any point on the surface of the test strip with clean, dry hands
• Do not bend, cut or otherwise modify the tape
• Before testing, make sure the temperature of the meter and the test strips are the same
• Apply a drop of blood and insert into the meter
• The strips are intended for single use only
• After taking the measurement, do not return the used tape back into the tube

Notice:

Do not reuse a test strip to which you have already applied blood or control solution. Be careful not to get liquids, dirt, dust, blood, or control solution into the test strip port or data port. Read the OneTouch Select ® Plus leaflet before use.
