Dietary supplement based on Longvida, a curcumin formula with much improved bio-availability. Gluten free. Lactose free. 100% vegan. Ingredients/capsule: Longvida (extract from rhizomes of turmeric/curcuma longa, based on stearic acid, maltodextrin, soy lecithin, ascorbic palmitate and silicon dioxide with 80 mg curcumin) - 400 mg; capsule - hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agents - talc, silicon dioxide; loading agent - microcrystalline cellulose. Method of use: 1 capsule every 24 hours, preferably one hour before one of the meals. Presentation: 30 capsules
