Ingredients: ecological pollen from lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta).
Daily portion: 2 times a day, ½ teaspoon. Add pollen to your favorite drink, eg water, coffee, tea, smoothie. You can also combine it with fruit, yogurt, vegetable milk and a little honey.
Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation. The preparation should not be used by pregnant or lactating women and by children and adolescents under the age of 18.
