Ingredients: maltodextrin, iron (II) bisglycinate, carrier: glycerol, emulsifier: phospholipids from sunflower lecithin, coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Daily serving: 1 capsule, after a meal. Swallow the capsule with a little water.
