Ingredients: Magnesium salts of citric acid, coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), inulin, L-aspartic acid, OptiZinc® (mono-L-methionine zinc sulfate, natural vanilla flavor), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Daily portion: 3 capsules, one hour before going to bed. Swallow the capsules with water. We recommend taking 3 capsules 1 hour before bedtime.
