Description
Omega 3 D3 + K2 from OstroVit ® is a food supplement in the form of capsules with a high content of Omega-3 fatty acids, which have been supplemented with vitamin D, vitamin K and vitamin E. The formula is suitable for use as a supplement in daily diet of adults.

The source of Omega-3 acids in the product is fish oil. These include docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) , which, when consumed in an amount of 250 mg per day:
- contributes to the proper functioning of the heart (DHA and EPA),
- supports the maintenance of correct brain function (DHA),
- helps maintain correct vision (DHA).
The recommended daily dose contains 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA.
Vitamin D :
- supports the health of bones and teeth,
- helps in the proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus and in maintaining the proper level of calcium in the blood;
- helps the proper functioning of the muscles,
- contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system,
- participates in the process of cell division.
Vitamin K:
- contributes to proper blood clotting,
- helps maintain healthy bones.
Vitamin E :
- supports the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
To obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared action, it is recommended to use 1 capsule with omega-3 and vitamins D+K+E every day. The pack contains 90 soft, easy-to-swallow capsules that will provide 3 months of supplementation.
