Iron in bisglycinate chelated form has excellent absorbability and bioavailability.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, oxygen transfer in the body, energy metabolism. Iron, together with vitamin C and B12, contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, reducing the rate of fatigue and exhaustion, in addition, vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.

Dosage

1 capsule 1x a day. Drink enough water. Daily dose 1 capsule contains: iron 20mg 142.8%*, vitamin C 150mg 187.5%*, folic acid 0.2mg 100%*, vitamin B12 0.2mg 8000%*;*reference daily intake of substances
