Glucosamine and chondroitin are the building blocks of articular cartilage and other connective tissues - bones, ligaments and tendons. They are partly responsible for cartilage's resistance to pressure.
What is the ExPur complex and how does it work?
It is a combination of type II collagen and vitamin C.
- Type II collagen is one of the basic elements of articular cartilage .
- Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of bone and cartilage health
Preparation is recommended in case of increased load on the bearing joints (hard physical work, sports, excess weight).
Dosage
- Adults : 3 tablets per day
- Children from 12 years : 1 tablet per day
It is best taken after a meal. Adhere to a sufficient drinking regimen. If swallowing is difficult, the tablets can be split in half or crushed.
Recommended duration of use: To achieve optimal effectiveness, we recommend taking at least 2-3 months and repeating the treatment several times a year. The maximum effect can be achieved with long-term use.
