Ingredients: glucosamine sulfate 2KCl ( from crustaceans* ), anti-caking agents (cellulose, calcium carbonate, talc), Salix alba extract, chondroitin sulfate, curcumin extract (Curcuma longa), stabilizers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium stearate ), dyes (titanium dioxide oxide, iron oxides and hydroxides), Boswellia serrata extract, Piper nigrum extract, L-ascorbic acid, humectant (glycerin), manganese gluconate, type II collagen.

Dosage

Adults 2 tablets 1x a day or 1 tablet 2x a day. Children from 12 years 1 tablet per day. Best after a meal, drink with liquid. Use for 2 months 3 times a year. If necessary and for maximum effectiveness, you can take continuously.
