Ingredients:

Myo-inositol; sweeteners: fructose; Stevia rebaudiana leaf extract with 90% rebaudiosides, chaste tree fruit extract (Vitex agnus castus) 10:1*; flavor enhancer: lemon, riboflavin (vitamin B2, 100% NRV), Quatrefolic (methyltetrahydrofolic acid-glucosamine salt, equivalent to folic acid at 100% NRV).

How to use:

• 1 sachet twice daily for 3-6 months (or as directed by your doctor)
• The contents of one sachet should be dissolved in 250 ml of water and consumed immediately.
