Rapeseed oil (Brassica rapa)

Rapeseed seeds contain Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, minerals: calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, etc., vitamins: A, B1, B2, C and E. In phytotherapy, the most used are rapeseed root and flowers . Rapeseed oil is obtained by cold pressing the seeds, has a neutral taste and is used in the food industry and in the industry for the production of biofuel. In the kitchen, it can be used in salads, sautéing vegetables, meat dishes or fried potatoes.
