Properties:
It is a completely natural class A maple syrup (obtained through a non-chemical transformation process) with a unique taste and flavor, slightly sweet. It comes from eastern Canada, where the tradition of harvesting maple sap began. More than 40 liters of sap are needed to obtain one liter of pure, 100% natural syrup. It has a delicate, pleasant aroma, characteristic of maple syrup. It does not contain additives, artificial flavors or preservatives. It is rich in minerals: calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc. It is used as a healthy sweetener in various pastry products, fruit compotes, candied fruits, fruit salads, in muesli, yogurt, etc.

100% organic maple sap from eastern Canada, traditionally extracted and concentrated by evaporation.
