Reminax Activ rehydration salts + magnesium and amino acids is a food supplement that can be used after intense physical exertion, including by diabetics (Green Sugar sweetener has zero glycemic index and zero calories).

- Magnesium can contribute to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous, bone and muscle system, to electrolyte balance, to normal protein synthesis, to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.

Mode of administration:
Oral. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of boiled and cooled water, mix until homogenous and drink the resulting solution.
Adults: 1-3 sachets/day. The amount used in 24 hours depends on the severity of fluid and mineral losses caused by physical exertion.
