How to use:

Twice a day, one teaspoon (2.5 ml) after meals. The preparation can be mixed with olive oil or oil in proportions of 1:5 and rubbed into painful places 3-4 times a day.

The maximum daily dose is 5 ml (2 teaspoons), do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
