Lemon Balm Tea, 50 g, Dacia Plant

Lemon balm tea is recommended for harmonizing psycho-emotional states, protecting the nervous system from stress and improving memory.

Internally, it helps maintain and harmonize psycho-emotional balance, protects the body from stress, improves memory, supports the cardiovascular system during periods of stress, reduces intestinal spasms, produces and eliminates bile, reduces nausea and increases appetite.

Externally, it helps maintain skin health.

Ingredients:

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) - aerial parts.

How to use:

Internal

• Sublingual powder: Grind the plant finely with an electric grinder
• Take one teaspoon four times a day, on an empty stomach
• Keep the powder under the tongue for 10-15 minutes and then swallow with water
• Cold maceration: Prepare by adding one tablespoon of the plant to 250 ml of cold water, infuse for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Take 3 cups of the maceration daily, 30 minutes before meals
• Infusion: Prepare by adding one tablespoon of the plant to 250 ml of boiling water, let infuse for 15 minutes at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Take 3 cups of the infusion daily, 30 minutes before meals.

External

• Applied topically in the form of compresses made from maceration or infusion of the plant, or in the form of poultices obtained as follows: 1-2 tablespoons of finely ground powder are mixed with warm water to form a paste that can be applied externally
• An occlusive dressing is applied over this, keeping the compress on the affected area for at least 3 hours.

Recommendations:

For long-term use, take a 10-day break every 6 weeks.

Precautions:

Do not use if you have an intolerance to lemon balm.
