Description
Rostil Max is a medicine containing calcium dobesilate monohydrate ( Calcii dobesilas monohydricus ). Each tablet contains 500 mg of active substance indicated for the treatment of symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs and varicose veins of the lower limbs. The preparation can also be used in the symptomatic treatment of hemorrhoids.
The drug Rostil Max with calcium dobesilate is indicated for use in adults. The active substance prevents stasis in the veins, while sealing the walls of the blood vessels.
When is Rostil Max 500 mg administered?
- Pain, cramps, heaviness in the legs, tingling, numbness, swelling, skin changes due to blood stasis.
- Varicose veins of the lower limbs.
- Hemorrhoids.
Calcium dobesilate acts on the capillary epithelium, the walls of veins and lymphatic vessels, reducing the permeability of capillaries, increasing their resistance, thus preventing the formation of exudates and improving microcirculation.
Rostil Max increases the tension of the vein walls, which prevents stasis and the formation of clots in the veins. It also increases collagen synthesis, reduces plasma viscosity, increasing its flow through peripheral tissues. By sealing the vessels in the lymphatic system, it reduces swelling, which ultimately leads to the disappearance of pain and heaviness in the limbs.
