Description
Boswellia essential oil has been used in religious ceremonies for many years as a warming incense, from which it derives its Slovak name of sawtooth incense.

HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of vegetable origin, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Recommended dosage
We take 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, 20 min. before eating. The recommended duration of use is 4-6 weeks, after which it is recommended to discontinue use for 4 weeks.
Warning
It does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep in a safe place, out of the reach of children. Store in the dark and dry. Pregnant and lactating women are advised to consult with the attending physician regarding the use of the drug.
