Swedish herbs consist of 11 different herbs with an extremely beneficial effect on health.
The mixture consists of the following herbs:
- Wormwood
- angelica root
- Saffron
- Natural camphor
- Theriac plant
- Turmeric root
- Hand
- The root is new strong
- Myrrh
- Senna leaves
- Rhubarb root
How to prepare Swedish herbs?
The entire package of the mixture should be poured with 1.4 liters of alcohol 38-40% (it is recommended to use rye vodka or good quality fruit vodka) and set aside for 14 days in a warm place (approx. 25 degrees C). The prepared mixture of Swedish herbs and alcohol should be stirred once a day. After 14 days, the mixture must be strained and poured into dark bottles or jars. Close it and store it in a cool place, e.g. A mixture of Swedish herbs prepared in this way can be kept for a long time (up to several years). It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon of tincture twice a day - morning and evening, diluting it with water.
