How does Dexeryl cream work?

Thanks to the content of white petrolatum and liquid paraffin, Dexeryl cream creates a protective barrier on the skin, shielding it from the damaging effects of external factors and preventing water loss. Additionally, the glycerol content helps maintain water balance within the skin. Dexeryl cream's emollient ingredients prevent the aggravation of existing irritations and prevent the development of new ones.
