Appreciate the composition of 5 active ingredients : cinatin HNS hydrolyzed creatine and a mixture of silicic acid and fish collagen COLLASIL OSA , as well as biotin, zinc and vitamin E.

Cynatin HNS - a highly absorbable keratin sheath, produced from the highest quality sheep's wool in a unique, patented process, which allows the preservation of the native amino acid profile. Cynathine HNS has a number of studies that confirm its effectiveness.
Keratin is the main building block of hair and nails.

COLLASIL OSA - is a patented and highly bioavailable blend of silicon and fish collagen.

Collagen - a protein that is the basic building block of skin. It is one of the most important components of the body responsible for the density and firmness of the skin, as well as the proper functioning of joint cartilage and connective tissue.

Biotin - helps maintain healthy skin and hair.
