Ingredients:

Dry hydroalcoholic extract of valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) standardized in valerian acids - 250 mg.
Dry hydroalcoholic extract of the aerial part of passionflower (Passiflora incarnate) standardized in vitexin - 80 mg.
Dry hydroalcoholic extract of the aerial part of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) standardized in isoquinoline alkaloids - 40 mg.
Administration method:
Children over 12 years and adults - one capsule per day.
Adults - 1-2 capsules per day.
Administration is done approximately 30-60 minutes before bedtime, after which bed rest is recommended. The recommended duration of administration is 2-4 weeks.
