How to use
Break about 40 cm of thread. Tie the ends of the thread around the middle fingers. Pull the floss between your thumb and forefinger, leaving about 2 cm of floss between your fingers.
Move it gently between your teeth. When you get to the tooth line, bend it around the tooth in a C shape.
Gently move it up and down between each tooth several times. Be careful not to slide the floss over the teeth too quickly.
Use a new piece of floss each time and rinse your mouth after use.
