Method of use :
Simply squeeze with both hands towards the center of the package to break open the pouch inside. Shake for a few seconds (to mix the contents). Wrap in a towel or similar to prevent cold burns. Apply to the desired area of the body. Do not apply for a continuous period of more than 20 minutes.
