The metabolic role of silymarin is also manifested by reducing oxidative stress. Consuming silymarin for four weeks lowers cholesterol and triglycerides. Silybin (the main component in silymarin) stimulates cellular function in livers affected by non-alcoholic cirrhosis or cirrhosis secondary to gallstones.
Fights fibrous tissue deposits in the liver. This process is only valid in the early stages of the condition, an advanced fibrosis being irreversible.
In alcoholic liver damage, silymarin reduces lipid peroxidation and cell necrosis.
SteaBlock can restore insulin sensitivity: it can reduce hepatic lipid accumulation, lobular inflammation and hyperlipidemia.
Indications:
- Steablock is a liver protector that contributes to the proper functioning of liver cells and participates in liver cell regeneration in conditions such as hepatitis or liver cirrhosis
- It also reduces the negative effects of hepatic steatosis in conditions such as metabolic syndrome, dyslipidemia or diabetes.
Ingredients:
- Silymarin 226 mg (80% of 282 mg Syllibum marianum)
- Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) 150 mg
- Organic Selenium, 100 mcg, from 50 mg Lynside™ Forte Se 2000+.
How to use:
- Administer 2 capsules 2 times a day, after the main meals, for at least 3 months (or as recommended by the specialist doctor)
- For children, the daily doses will be determined by the specialist doctor and are recommended from the age of 3
- To achieve the desired results, the administration should be carried out for a period of at least 3 months.
