Description
Sylimarol Vita 150 is a traditional herbal medicine for use in specific indications resulting only from its long-term use. Milk thistle extract was used as the active substance.
Sylimarol Vita is used as an adjuvant in:
- convalescence after toxic-metabolic liver damage caused by, among others, toxic agents (e.g. alcohol, plant protection products),
- indigestion (flatulence, belching) after eating hard-to-digest foods,
- conditions that occur after acute and chronic liver diseases.
Properties of Sylimarol Vita 150
It is believed that the flavonolignans contained in milk thistle extract have a protective effect on liver cells by sealing the cell membranes, which prevents toxic substances from entering the hepatocytes.
