Dosage for adults:

• Add 2-3 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser to infuse approximately 100 m2 of surface area
• Do not add more than 1 drop per 10 ml of vegetable oil or cream to body cosmetics and massage oils

Do not use for children under 2 years of age. As a precaution, avoid use on the skin of pregnant women and older children. For these people, it is better to replace it with BIO lemon essential oil.

Use for inhalation

In blends, we recommend using this oil in one-third to one-half the amount of the other oils used. Despite the fact that its effects are undeniable, at a higher dose it could cause a headache in sensitive people.

Use on skin

Do not use on the skin of children under 2 years of age. Avoid use on irritated, wounded and hypersensitive skin. Observe the maximum concentration of 0.7%, (maximum 1 drop of oil per 10 ml of oil or cream). We do not recommend this oil at all for cosmetics for the skin, for the body (including soaps) with caution. Restrictions for pregnant women are not clear - if the oil smells good, use it for a short time in a low concentration. For children, we recommend avoiding this local oil (on a certain part of the body) until the age of 10. Use BIO lemongrass essential oil within 3 years at most.

Tip from the aromatherapist: For sensitive people, children and pregnant women, replace this oil with BIO Lemon essential oil. Its smell is less pronounced.
