Timburg Blue Massage Gel contains 3% mint oil, aloe, provitamin B5 and camphor.

How to use:
- For muscle and joint pain - 10 ml of gel (about a spoonful) rubbed on the painful places for 2-3 minutes
- For massage - apply small amounts of gel on the skin and massage for about 10 minutes.
