Put a tea bag in a cup.
Pour over 200 ml of boiling water.
It is infused for 8-10 minutes.

Ingredients:
Mint leaves (Mentha piperita) 62%, anise fruit (Pimpinella anisum) 12%, fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare) 12%, caraway fruit (Carum carvi) 12%, licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 2% .

It's more than just a tea, it's medicine.
The effect is truly amazing!
