Way of ussage:
Adults: 1 (one) prolonged-release tablet per day, with a sufficient amount of water.

Ingredients/tablet:
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) – 1,000 mg/1250% NRV*; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 2000 IU – 50 mcg/1000%NRV*; bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.

Precautions:
Vitamin C in excess can have a laxative effect! Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption! This product does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of small children! It is not recommended to use the product in case of increased levels of calcium in the blood and urine, respectively in cases of kidney stones with calcium content.
