Recommended dose: for adults - 4 drops per day, for healthy people over 75 years old. – 8 drops per day.
How to use: Shake before use. It is consumed after dilution in 1 teaspoon of water, another cold liquid or liquid at room temperature. Once opened, consume within 6 months.
Ingredients: safflower oil, lanolin cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2 MK-7).
