Properties:
Vitamin D is indispensable for the assimilation of calcium, for the health of the bone and muscle system and for a healthy metabolism. The decreasing exposure to natural sources of vitamin D (sun), causes most of us to suffer from a vitamin D deficiency. Liposomal Vitamin D3 - Cholecalciferol food supplement is ideal when there are not enough sunlight and in the months of winter. With advancing age, the body's ability to "produce" vitamin D decreases.
