Ingredients:
Purified water, xylitol, gum arabic, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), sunflower lecithin, citric acid, potassium sorbate (preservative), medium chain triglycerides, peppermint oil, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).

How to use:
Adults and children from 13 years of age: 3 sprays per day, once a day or separately, or as directed by your doctor.
For first use, press the pump 3 times until the liquid starts to come out. Shake before use. Carefully place the pump in your mouth, preferably on the inside of your cheeks, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
