Defumoxan ist ein Arzneimittel, das Cytidin als Wirkstoff enthält - es wird zur Verringerung der Nikotinsucht eingesetzt. Defumoxan enthält Cytidin 1,5 mg.
Darreichungsformen
Defumoxan ist in einer Schachtel mit 100 Tabletten erhältlich. Es ist zur Behandlung der Nikotinabhängigkeit bestimmt. Eine Packung mit 100 Tabletten reicht für eine vollständige Behandlung aus und wird nach einem genauen Einnahmeplan eingenommen.
Indikationen für die Anwendung
Defumoxan ist ein Arzneimittel, das für Raucherinnen und Raucher empfohlen wird. Es hilft, die Nikotinabhängigkeit zu unterdrücken, indem es das Verlangen nach dem Rauchen reduziert. Diese Behandlung soll chronischen Tabakkonsumenten helfen, mit dem Rauchen aufzuhören, und lindert die Entzugserscheinungen, so dass es leichter fällt, mit dem Rauchen aufzuhören.
Wie Defumoxan wirkt: Mit Hilfe des Wirkstoffs Cytosin, der eine ähnliche chemische Struktur wie Nikotin aufweist, stimuliert es die Nikotinrezeptoren und konkurriert mit Nikotin an denselben Rezeptoren. Cytisin hat eine geringere Fähigkeit, sich an die Nikotinrezeptoren zu binden und überwindet die Blut-Hirn-Schranke weniger stark. Daher setzt es weniger Neurotransmitter frei als Nikotin. So hilft es, die Entzugssymptome über einen zentralen Mechanismus - im zentralen Nervensystem - zu lindern.
Dosierung und Art der Verabreichung
Defumoxan wird täglich in einer bestimmten Dosis wie folgt verabreicht:
- Tage 1-3: eine Tablette wird alle 2 Stunden verabreicht, maximal 6 Tabletten pro Tag;
- Tage 4-12: eine Tablette alle 2½ Stunden, maximal 5 Tabletten pro Tag;
- Tage 13-16: eine Tablette alle 3 Stunden, maximal 4 Tabletten pro Tag;
- Tage 17-20: eine Tablette alle 5 Stunden, maximal 3 Tabletten pro Tag;
- Tage 21-25: eine Tablette pro Tag, maximal 2 Tabletten pro Tag.
Wie ist Defumoxan einzunehmen: Defumoxan-Tabletten können zu jeder Tageszeit oral mit ausreichend Wasser eingenommen werden.
Wie lange sollte Defumoxan eingenommen werden: Eine Kur mit Defumoxan dauert 25 Tage. Während dieser Zeit sollten Sie mit dem Rauchen aufhören (spätestens am fünften Tag der Behandlung). Es ist wichtig, dass Sie während der Einnahme von Defumoxan nicht rauchen, da Sie die Nebenwirkungen verschlimmern können. Wenn die Behandlung mit Defumoxan fehlgeschlagen ist, wird empfohlen, die Behandlung 2-3 Monate nach dem ersten Versuch wieder aufzunehmen.
Kontraindikationen
Es gibt einige Kontraindikationen für Defumoxan. Es wird nicht empfohlen, Defumoxan anzuwenden, wenn Sie überempfindlich oder allergisch auf den Wirkstoff oder einen der Bestandteile des Arzneimittels reagieren. Verwenden Sie Defumoxan nicht, wenn Sie in der Vorgeschichte an einer Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankung (Angina pectoris, kürzlich aufgetretener akuter Herzinfarkt, schwere Herzrhythmusstörungen) oder einer zerebrovaskulären Erkrankung (Schlaganfall) leiden. Wechselwirkungen mit anderen Arzneimitteln und Lebensmitteln
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle Arzneimittel, die Sie einnehmen. Es sollte nicht mit Medikamenten gegen Tuberkulose kombiniert werden.
Nebenwirkungen
Dieses Arzneimittel ist im Allgemeinen sicher. Es kann jedoch manchmal Nebenwirkungen verursachen, insbesondere im Magen-Darm-Bereich: Durchfall oder Verstopfung, Übelkeit, Geschmacksveränderungen, Mundtrockenheit, Bauchbeschwerden, Sodbrennen. In seltenen Fällen kann es auch zu Appetitveränderungen (gesteigerter Appetit), Tachykardie (schneller Herzschlag), Reizbarkeit, Stimmungsschwankungen, Schwindel, Schlafstörungen, Kopfschmerzen, Auswurf, Müdigkeit, Gewichtszunahme kommen.
