Blackcurrants are a natural source of vitamins (A, C, B1, B2, PP, B6) and minerals (calcium, iron, boron). They also contain pectin, valuable organic acids, and essential oils.
A tea for people of all ages.
Brewing method:
Pour 1 teaspoon of fruit into a cup, pour boiling water over the fruit, and cover for 3-8 minutes to fully infuse the infusion.

blackcurrant fruit, hibiscus flower, apple, chokeberry fruit, aroma
