Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet 2-3 times a day, before meals
Place the contents of one sachet of Onligol Fibre in a large glass, add plain water (200 ml), mix well and drink the resulting solution immediately.

Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., seed coat), acidity regulator: citric acid; flavors; corn maltodextrin; β-galactosidase; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; α-galactosidase.

Do not take Onligol Fibre together with antidiarrheal medications.
The product is contraindicated in case of abnormal narrowing of the intestinal lumen and therefore should not be used if there is a risk of intestinal obstruction or it is already present.
