Properties:

Ingredients/Composition:
Chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla) 28%, aerial parts of St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) 25%, lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) 20%, thyme flowers (Thymus serpyllum) 13%, silver lime flowers (Tilia tomentosa) 10%, Poppy seeds (Rosa canina) 4%.

Administration method:
Adults: 2 - 3 cups per day
Children: 1 cup per day
It can be taken occasionally or in courses of 4 - 6 weeks.

Method of preparation:
1 sachet per 200ml of boiling water, cover and leave for 3 - 5 minutes.
