How to use
Steep one tea bag in a cup of boiling water (approximately 150 ml) for approximately 5 minutes, once or twice a day as needed, preferably after meals. Before removing the tea bag, press it gently with a teaspoon. Any slight variations in flavor and color are natural to the product.
