Way of ussage:
Open the sachet immediately before use. When opening, make sure that the heat patch does not come into contact with moisture. Remove the protective film from the adhesive side of the patch. Apply the heat patch to the affected area, the adhesive side on the skin. Apply the patch firmly and make sure the heat cells do not overlap. It may take up to 30 minutes for the patch to reach therapeutic temperature. For maximum benefits, we recommend leaving the heat patch on for 8 hours. Do not wear the patch for more than 8 hours. Do not use the patch for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Place the heat patch flat on the skin. Make sure the patch is not bulged or wrinkled to avoid increased risk of burns. Each patch is designed for single use only. Discard after use.

Precautions:
This product may cause burns. People aged 55 and over: The risk of burns increases with age. The heat patch should only be used under supervision when used by the elderly or disabled. Anyone with sensitive skin or who has previously had an allergic reaction to medication or cosmetics should apply a thin layer of clothing before applying the patch. Do not apply the heat patch while sleeping or after a bath or shower. Do not use the patch during sports activities. Consult a physician before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease or rheumatoid arthritis, when taking medication, or if you are pregnant. Each thermal cell contains iron which can be harmful to health if ingested. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water and call a poison helpline. If the contents of the heat patch come into contact with your skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Heat patches should not be heated or reheated in the microwave as there is a danger of the patches catching fire in the microwave. Heat patches can cause burns even at low temperatures if used contrary to instructions. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not heat in the microwave. Please observe the following precautions when using the product: Regularly check the skin for signs of burns, blisters or allergic reactions - if you notice such signs remove the patch. See your doctor if the pain increases or shows no signs of abating after seven days. If the product feels too hot, remove the patch or wear thin clothing underneath. Do not wear the patch under tight clothing. Do not apply pressure to the patch. The product must be removed before magnetic resonance imaging (MRI scans) to avoid an increased risk of burns. Do not use: If the contents of the thermal cells have leaked and/or the thermal patch envelope is damaged or torn. On diseased, injured or damaged skin. For bruises and swelling. On parts of the body that are insensitive to heat. On face, head, chest, arm, armpits, fingers, groin, back of knee, legs or toes. If the expiration date has been exceeded.
