Description
Icelandic lichen - Cetraria islandica contains a number of active substances that have a significant effect (lichenin, isocellin, iodine). Lichen is recommended for the normal functioning of the upper respiratory tract. The high proportion of bitters stimulates the appetite. Contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress. It contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Recommended dose:
- Adults and children from 12 years 10–15 ml 3 times a day
- Children from 3 to 12 years old 2-3 times a day 10 ml. Shake before use.
Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or cold. Warning: dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose. In case of overdose, it can cause dizziness. Not suitable for children under three years, pregnant and nursing mothers. Store out of reach of children! It does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Any turbidity is not a problem.
